Woman sues McDonald's for her coffee being hot and she cashed in big. And now we have this act of stupidity and I'm sure she will hit the jack pot also. Search stupid lawsuits on Google. As the saying goes, can't make this stuff up.
The world has to be hysterically laughing at the USA. Greatest country in the world, racing to the bottom.

The McDonald's coffee case that you refer to is a hell of a lot more complicated than that. The woman was parked, not moving. She was trying to put sugar in her coffee and lid was not fixed to the cup properly. The cup slipped and she received 3rd degree burns on her crotch for her efforts. Coffee served at the proper temperature will not produce a 3rd degree burns, but, McDonald's wants you to smell that #### all through the store, to make you forget that you're buying garbage to consume. She asked for the company to help her pay half of the bills and they offered a couple hundred bucks. She still refused to sue, then the bills rolled in, she didn't have a choice. The only reason people keep referring to this case is because McDonald's started a smear campaign to make her look like a #### fool who only wanted money. You can buy a lot of talking heads when you pay their advertising fees.


As for this chick, she's seems to have been looking for a pay day, from day one.

 

The hot coffee lady also had to have skin grafts.
