They were out of Port Allen. Was a great company to drive for. Drove for them in the late 80's. Beautiful trucks, great equipment, great people. They did have an airbrushed Tigator on the side, I remember people loving our truck and they knew when we were coming down the road. So sad that trucking has changed so much.

I drove for them, they were a Great company to drive for and work for ! Made good money If you wanted to work ! G. O. D. was the company out of Newark, New Jersey.

It's much better to have your retirement in an account that is your asset (IOW, it's your money and you own it) like a Roth IRA or 401(k). Plus, IRAs and 401(k)s pass to your heirs when you die, pensions do not. -
