Farmer intentionally damages Truck with forks

I agree. The driver was probably scared to get out of the truck. He never gave permission and that farmer was being sarcastic in asking for his consent. In any case he did not use ordinary care in moving the truck. Because the truck engine was running it may need a complete rebuild costing maybe $20,000? Plus the damage to radiator water pump etc and the body work. Not cool.

 

Some people don't seem to understand that because someone is one your property that doesn't give you free license to do whatever you want. Maybe a judge would have awarded the property owner $1000 for damage to lawn, but causing up to $30,000 damage to the rig is not going to fly.
