I often see this type of comment on posts that legitimately have a gripe and are asking how to proceed.
    Why?
Should people really sit down and shutup and take what is given like good little doggies.

Rubys0h0 got shorted and got the money owed. Then helped get the money owed to others. Now is asking if any other loads were shorted. All while abiding by the contract.

Wish we had more people with backbones in this industry like Rubys0h0. Maybe we wouldn't be such easy targets if there was.

Just because you're not the boss doesn't necessarily make you thier #####. You make that decision on your own.

Mutual respect leads to more productive employees which means higher profits.

I just want to start off by saying my advise has nothing to do with your post but actually about running a business.

First and foremost, you need to start documenting all your revenue ASAP.

    Money coming in.
    Fees you pay on that.
    Expenses on those loads
    Monthly expenses.
    Etc

Unless you know what your money is doing, you will never have a successful business.

    Seeing paperwork means nothing.

trucking companies can have a load go through internal brokerage and double dip.
It’s being done in some places.

If you have the paper work you have proof that they violated your contract and then pursue legal action to get your money if necessary.

Don't think anyone here has told you that you can't inquire as to the total collected by your company. Your a free adult over the age of 18 years so you have freedom of speech and freedom of inquiry so by all means inquire ... contact your carrier and demand to see EVERY invoice you complete. Just do me one favor ? Let me know what happens ok ? Sincerely asking. Some carriers have no problem with there drivers seeing this and others will go crazy if you ask. Come back and let us know.

Read your contract completely, all the fine print. I would say the 180 days starts when you complete the load regardless of whether they give you the freight bill or not. Always remember the contract will always benefit the company. Lastly keep in mind, because you are in a lease purchase and your are making waves, the easiest way to make you go away is for them to starve you and force you to go broke. I am not saying its right, because it is not. But in lease purchases it is common.
