KW paint schemes are difficult, short of sanding off what was painted over there is no great way to track it down.

The dealers all had separate sheets to do the paint layout and this information was not kept by KW corporate.

That is basically what I’m finding. I did find a lot of information about this W900L by talking to previous owners, I have entertained going this route....,

I owned a 1990 Aerodyne K100, 444 Cummins 13 over with the 410 ratio. Had the shifter running on cables with the wish bone suspension.
I run this Rig for approx. 10 yrs. Had a beautiful interior. it was a tough truck, hauled wood with it at times and also run the US with it hauling Xmas trees and produce among other things. The suspension had great traction, one of the best I ever drove for no lock up's.
Boy did it shift hard on a cold morning, sometimes just pointed it to the next gear and kicked it in with my foot. It rode good and Oh the memories on the doghouse. Had double bunks and overall was a warm Truck. The wishbone suspension was a dangerous set up. If it broke under load at high speed it had the tendency to run you off the road. I broke 3 of them over the yrs. but was at low speed.
I eventually sold it around 2005, I had bought it used. Got a really top dollar for it when I sold it. Wish today I would have kept it. They are worth big money. today. Overall, I enjoyed the truck was built really solid.
When I was younger I got the chance to drive one to Toronto, It had the 400 cat, big rubber and even had a small TV. This one was geared to run 128 mph.
I think it may have been the nicest truck I've ever driven. Only drove it about 600 miles but it was the cat's meow. It sold at the time for a $100,000 Canadian and the owner had paid for it in cash.
Just trivia stuff, but to me it is interesting. I know some of you Guys would have some great memories of these Trucks. I enjoy reading your stories as it brings back memories. Tks.

You are a lucky man. Do you plan on working her or is this a project?[/QUOTE]

    Sorry just seen this....

Actually a project that may become my 2nd truck or back up truck.

I’ve bought a 3406B 7FB Cat to replace the 3406A in it now.

Talked to a young man about doing small mechanical things I want done like installing all new hydraulic lines for the cab cylinders. And pressure washing all the frame and suspension.....

Man great shots and info on the Pete 372. One of my dream rigs. I have heard a well designed aerodynamic cab over has lower drag than even a sloped hood conventional. Something to do with the air only being "broken" once.

Also if you notice the windshields on the 372 not being flat one of the reasons is on a K100 the windshields would collapse at over 100 mph l heard!
    Source here, enjoy:
