Speak for yourself. I got into this industry for the SOLE PURPOSE of being a LONG HAUL solo driver. I make a good living. If you are having such a hard time finding a job.......you may want to check your attitude.

It's called experience, real experience.
If they can handle the road they can handle anything.
You won't make half what we make out putting
Around in dump, and cement trucks.
That's bottom of the barrel trucking jobs.

Just found a garbage truck role at a private company for 55k+ (one year experience required) in my region. I am honestly asking, is that bottom of the barrel? Saw some similar salaries for some other cement/dump roles.
I see wildly varying pay for OTR on the other hand, so its hard to tell.
