    Recurve leaf springs. ;)

Any northeast body shop can make this. Just a tip for those who have back problems.

    Not understanding.

The w900 i had was that suspension. And Pete had it too.

    Still bounce.

New shocks helped a lot though.

    spindrift and Dockbumper Thank this.

Maybe they put a heavier spring in. That stiffened it up.

    Flex Air-
    Rides like a Cadillac
    Handles like a Corvette

In my not so humble, highly subjective opinion.

No no, you got that around backwards. They ride like a Corvette and handle like Pappy's old Caddy.

Not to start a riot, but I've yet in 21 years to drive anything that rides better than the CH Mack I drove in the early days of my driving life. I don't have any idea what air ride setup it was, but it was super smooth.

None of the Pete's I drove ever rode nice. The Low air leaf, and the Flex air suspension gave some of the most bone jarring rides I've ever had the unfortunate displeasure of experiencing.

kinda confused. you have back problems and want less bounce? less bounce means stiffer spring rate. Old Cadillac's had plenty of bounce. Like riding on a cloud. So what is it you are looking for? No bounce and just a stiff ride to break your back? I have air trac and m bad back feels great in it

There's a difference between bounce and floating over bumps. What my 8 bag Kenworth does I qualify as bounce, like a freaking supreball on some roads. I could swear you can see daylight under the tires occasionally.
