For some reason it seems like the Detroit area has some of the nastiest warehouses I’ve seen. Two in particular come to mind. Frito Lay in Sterling Heights, Michigan had (has?) a huge nesting bird population living amongst their product. Mind you they nest inside the pallets somewhere in the middle of everything and are flying around randomly.
Another nesting bird situation is at Project Hope in Detroit, MI. A rather rough and decrepit area, they operate a charity food bank which is all good. But with that in mind they also have a huge bird population inside the food grade area.
Any other stories? Lol

While I never had the honor, Chicago, and surrounding areas, were no day at the beach. Certified, in Hammond, I think, was the worst. In Wisconsin, it was SuperValu in Green Bay, or Roundy's. Just the worst. Glad I got paid by the hour.
stevep1977 Thanks this.
