You need to have them load single double single in the nose. Then see if that solves your problem. If not, load single, single and double all the way back. You should have 18 or 20 pallets, so you will have plenty of room to do either one.

I don’t slam doors but sliding your fifth wheel forward will take weight off your drives and put it on your steers. I don’t know what your steer axle is rated at but mine is 13,500 so I could make your load work without reworking the load. If yours is 12500 then you could probably make it work with half a tank.

Next time you load at this facility stop somewhere and weigh on a set of certified scales find out that you have a problem before addressing a problem. This way you will have evidence that you was heavy by a certified source. Chances are that just telling them your "load gauge was around 35k or more" wouldn't be understood or much stock put in it. Are you using a pressure gauge or are you using "Air Weigh" scale system if it's the "Air Weigh" you could show them the read out before leaving but with a pressure gauge there is some variables there. The answer to your question "Do I say?" the answer would be yes verify they are loading single/double/single (1/2/1) as others have said. Could be they're not used to loading a reefer and not even thought about it whete they load so many dry vans. Hope this helps

Slide 5th wheel and put 13 on the steers. Full tank.
