    What a complete joke this place is...hand full of trucks and yet 6hrs...capstone logistics playing games because efs isn’t working right and telling me that they will refuse to give me bol or even take picture of the bill.. and the idiot tells me he’ll take care of it tomorrow with his boss in the meantime you can go ahead and roll out without any paperwork or lumper receipts...

    Why dosen't the shipper pay Capstone Logistics directly , stop the nonsense and adding more work and stress on the driver.
    This could all be taken care of before the truck bumps the dock , shipper knows were its going along with the tie and layers.
    Were not bankers.
