Recent CDL school Grad, what companies should I apply to?

    Careful going local. That's why I gave up my CDL last time. After 3 years local no OTR company will hire you anymore. Maybe some will but they are hard to find.
    I think you should look into that during your decision making process. I didn't want to go back to school after 14 years of driving & I was tired of driving local.
    I am not perfect. I am sometimes mistaken. But if something like this is a possibility you should know about it.

    Quite a few OTR companies will hire drivers that have always been local or those that have been off the road doing something else for years.
    If former driver has been off the road for years, but still has a cdl and current dot physical, several OTR companies will hire them.
    Abilene Motor Express has hired drivers that have been off the road for 20 or more years.
