Should be good. That place is not that old. Few years at best.

For future reference. The greater San Francisco bay area has no truck stops. They do have fuel stops and card locks, other than the 49er and one other place that charges like $35.00, your not going to find parking. You will need to go over into the Central Valley, the area your in now. It is good to plan your run so that you can get in and out.

Used to have to go there. They had the company contract to wash loads before delivery.

This was kind of a joke, the place we delivered had a killer wash bay. We couldn’t use it.

    The place is typically o.k.

There is an Amazon hub up (across?) the street so it can be a bit messed up during the day as people rush around after getting their clocks all messed up by the slow unloads and loads. Mind your hood, you may want to creep to a safer parking spot if one becomes available during the day.

Sometimes 14 is open when 84 is closed, however if D.Tibbitt is already on 90 it's a hell of a detour.

If youre talking wind then yeah it matters... So long as you're not scared of a little snow and ice.

I have avoided closures on I-80 5 times this winter by running US26... They rarely close that route, even when it's a #### blizzard. But it also doesnt see the amount of traffic 80 does either... It scares most mega drivers I think... I very seldom see anything besides bullracks and the occasional independent.

Next time try Joe’s up the 5. Closer to the 580 / 5 split. The Patterson PFJ used to be a favorite, but since they opened the Amazon DC it’s gotten a bit sketchy with the people trying to park.

I used to go to places exclusively where I got free showers to park before I knew better. I realized that paying $10-12 for shower and safer, quieter parking was the call.
