Have you checked the connections to the sensors? Does it happen mostly on rough patches of road?

I'll decipher codes for your dealer.
MID 136 - ABS module
SID 254 - Stability control
fm 12 - no data from wheel speed sensor or big data fluctuation.
How it's working - ABS read all 6 wheel speed sensors and compare them. If signal frequency from left side wheel higher then from right side ABS module think your truck turning right or if difference between signals frequency too big truck is jack knifing. In last instance ABS will send command to Vehicle ECU to command Cummins ECU to drop power. There are another 2 sensors involved in this process. Steering wheel sensor and Yaw sensor.
You need someone with Bendix Acom Diagnostic computer to read ABS and run test. Did you have any steering repairs recently? Probably need sensors re calibration. -

Is code stay after key cycling or it's on/off?
