I think you're going to have to contact them and see what the problem is.

Did you try to not pay tax on the purchase of the truck? For that you need MC and maybe DOT number. I'm not sure if you can use your carriers or not I thought I heard someone say that you can but I truly couldn't answer that.

You will find the people at the MV office really cant answer your questions. They will file the title any way you ask them to. The IRP office is who you have to satisfy. If you are running plates from the company you are leased to, the title will have to match their IRP account. If you are running your own IRP plates, then you need your own MC and DOT numbers and the title will have to be done to match your IRP account. WA is the biggest pain in the ### for titles on trucks. You can do the title and get plates and it still be wrong. The scales impound trucks for improper title a couple times a year.

The dot # of the company you are leased to needs to be on the IRP.

Had paid 2290 and had gone to MV with lease agreement from carrier somehow i assumed I can title truck under their MC and DOT, and run under their plates only other way i can think is jus pay the tax and get regular plates tho that way cant haul for hire

Yep. WA requires the name on the IRP account to be on the title.
