I see homes like that at least once a month! It is really sad and unpleasant. Went to a mini storage, when the man opened the door a can of baked beans rolled out and hit me on the foot! Not one thing was in any sort of box or container and I am supposed to determine what a crew needs to move these people!

 

Great story and pictures @Highway_Executive . That second to last set of pictures looked like a scene from the tv show Hoarders. People have a house full of stuff and keep ordering more stuff. It definitely is a mental illness.
