2001 D12 turns over but won’t start

I have a 2001 D12 that turns over but won’t start.
I went out when it was cold one day just to start and let it run for a while as a monthly process.
It starts right up but after a few minutes (maybe 3 minutes) it just shuts off. When I get back in to start it up again it just turns over but won’t start. I thought maybe air in line so I primed it manually. Still not starting.
I was told probably fuel pump so I replaced it with new pump. No luck. I have replaced both fuel filters as well as cleaned the water separator. Still no luck. The fuel tanks are completely full. The last time I tried to start it the computer diagnostics says “electrical fault” on all 6 injectors. I’m at a loss. Any suggestions?
I have also tried a little ether but not much. It tries to fire but not starting.

 

I will try almost anything at this point
