Yep those are good, i use them alot. You can get a jumbo pack of those at sams club alot cheaper than buying the individuals. The one at sams is 4 of the normal size packs put into one.

Yep. Worked for me. I lost 40 in 6 months on low carb. Been holding the line for another 6 months. Trying to get motivated to up my game and lose another 20 to get rid of my Irish tummy, even though everyone says I look great ... dreaded predictable codicil ... for my age.
