Good morning guys
I’m in need of help I have a w900 that it’s not building air pressure, I just replace the air compressor and governor and give it a go and still not building air, so next took air dryer apart to clean it up and still not the same, I have check for air leaks and couldn’t find any.

What motor?
Did you remove the outlet from compressor or inlet hose to air dryer and check for air pressure? -
If you can't hear air leaking from any place, pull line off back of air comp. and ck for air coming out of it, if nothing replace gov. with new not rebuilt one?

Check and see if you have a one-way valve stuck they do that from time to time.

You’ll have a one-way valve into your primary tank that way the air goes into the tank but won’t come back out after you shut the truck off. they stick some are down by the tank some ate right at the compressor.

Lots of times you can free them up with WD-40 but it’s probably better just to replace it if that’s your problem

On my Peterbilt they are on the tanks right underneath the doors. I don’t know what you have
