Have you made sure that you hooked up the air governor correctly?

Ok thanks for the info, I’ll check it out
I check and I have air coming from the new compressor and down of the air dryer, but I just notice that the compressor gets really really hot in short period of time will this be normal? Or I’m dealing with a defective new compressor?
    Thanks

Don’t have anything else on the compressor besides the air governor. Will trace it to the tanks

If I read your post correctly, you replaced the air compressor, air governor and the air dryer. The air governor comes with plugs. If they are not put in the right place or the air hoses are not hooked up to the regulator it will not build air

That’s for the reply, yes the governor hoses are plug correctly, I have air going thru the inlet line of air dryer

Ok, and you have air coming out of the back of the air compressor where the braided line screws on correct?

Just go from your air dryer to the first tank and then to the second tank. The reason your compressors getting hot so fast maybe because it the air is not going anywhere!

Yes that’s correct, what would be the pressure that the air need to come out of the compressor?
