I want to do a dinette setup in my 63" 379. Just not sure how yet. I'm thinking it will be a next year project.

I had a similar issue with a Cascadia. It would dump like a quart of water on me sometimes from right above the door or up over the dash by the visors. It was a company truck under warranty so they sent me to a dealer where I complained about a water leak. They checked and checked and eventually concluded that it wasn't a leak, but rather that the insulation on the roof was too thin. It had become detached from the roof and was lying on the inner roof liner, and condensation was forming on the inside of the roof where the insulation had broke free. So they had to remove all the cabinets, the whole cubby assembly with the visors, and all the interior liner, to replace the insulation with a thicker insulation that was thick enough to be sandwiched between the roof and interior liner so the insulation couldn't break free and leave exposed metal for the condensation to form on. It was like a $3500 repair but it was under warranty. I guess the moral of the story is, if you're redoing the interior, check the insulation.

My truck has condensation problems that look like leaks. I can run through a hurricane and not get any water inside, but as soon as I fire up the heater on a freezing night, I start getting water stains around the metal parts that are near the walls and ceiling.

I’ve got an 03 FLD. Cut out the bottom bunk. Kept the 2 side supports and made em into benches. Took the bunk and made a Murphy style fold up with a table on the bottom that would fold out with the bed up. Added custom made cabinets ( made by me) behind driver and passenger side. Microwave and fridge also located in there as well.
This summer I will add cabinets above where the bed folds up.
