I’ve seen this come up in different forums across the internet - other than fan clutch, water pump
Radiator clogged externally or internally -

    has anybody had different cure?

truck runs cool all day up to 50 mph -
On the highway at speed 60-65 starts to creep up - have to pull over at 115 and let it cool down -
Doesn’t happen right off the bat- takes 30 minutes of highway driving to start getting this way - and once it does just doesn’t recover -
Have to keep pulling over every 15 minutes

115 isn't even operating temperature, do any lights come on telling you to shut the truck down?

    Coffey Thanks this.

Think he means 115 Celsius, which would be around 240F.

Have you replaced or repaired any of those things you listed? Does your fan cut in at 100C?

    Dave1837 Thanks this.

I know right, even up here not many people use Celsius for engine temp so I throws people.

as for the issue, I’d start with removing your condenser and carefully pressure washing your rad out.

    Hello gents - I mis typed .... I meant 215 f

radiator and condenser has been cleaned -
    Some improvement -

as I continue to hunt it down ... I have
Discovered a leak which is dripping oil
Down the passenger side of the engine ...
Possibly even from exhaust manifold gasket
    Near cylinder number two -

is it possible to have a head gasket leak oil there ?

now what do we make of this oil leak-
Around the head gasket area / exhaust manifold ... not the cover higher up

Head gasket leaking ? Oil in exhaust leaking
Out of exhaust gasket? Bad valve seals ?
