Weather wasn't anything here smooth sailing for me, not so much for those north, they did the old "Slip Sliding Away" dance. Rain rain and more rain. I will be a duck before long if this keeps up. Jimy does not like to go out in the rain and I don't blame him. Thankfully he hasn't had any accidents due to his disgust of the rain.
I haven't been on here much just never enough hours in the day or my get up and go leaves me in the dirt(like Jimy)
I swear I am going to do better. Everyone be safe and stay warm and dry. "Keep your gown down and your pantys dry!"D.Tibbitt, motocross25 and 4mer trucker Thank this. -

Nope @Trashtrucker1707 i think I’m here to stay in this career path. Great pictures by the way as always. I wished we got down to the southeast more. How’d your fertilizer come out? It’s been busy here. I unloaded my Friday scrap Monday and then came back and we got our first granite train in this year. Did that Monday afternoon and all day Tuesday. Today I grabbed salt out of our yard and took it to Parkville MO, reloaded rock in KC for Manhattan KS and then came out to the salt mine. Did a quick hit about an hour away came back and reloaded and now I’m in Phillipsburg KS. Was nice today it almost hit 80 degrees. I was getting my ticket for the salt today I loaded at our yard from my dispatcher/boss and he said this is the last week helping the salt mine he’s getting slammed on the local end. So bye bye salt and hello rock it sounds like. But at least I’ll be home more.
A picture really doesn’t do it justice, this is just a screen shot of a video I took Tuesday. Watching our granite yard guys crawl on top of and off the train with their excavators is quite the sight to see.Itsbrokeagain, D.Tibbitt and 4mer trucker Thank this. -
My fertilizer load turned in to the start of a very hectic week, they’re auger was down so I had to trek north about 45 minutes to unload in an orange grove, turned around and made the 3 hour trek south to Fort Lauderdale to load up heading to Houston, yep you heard that right, Houston Texas. Talk about stretching your legs, I have had nothing but traffic back up after back up for 2 solid days, after a little over 1,200 miles I shook that load off this morning then trekked nearly 5 hours north(again insane traffic) to load in Athens TX headed for Anniston, sitting in Rayville LA tonight as I type, should be unloaded and at least headed in the general vicinity of home by around 1pm tomorrow. Safe travels to all.

Well I unloaded in Phillipsburg came back reloaded for Belleville KS and then loaded for Osborne KS. Where I’ll dump in the morning. I didn’t get in too big of a rush today. And there’s nothing in western Kansas that I forgot and need to go back and get so nuts to that. I’m sick of going out there. So I’m lounging in Chateau De Peterbilt just doing some reading and kicked back listening to some podcasts. @Trashtrucker1707 how you making it? Or are thinking about leaving Florida and moving to Texas because you love it so much? Maybe turn in your tank tops and sandals for pearl snapped shirts and cowboy boots?

Today was the first uneventful day of that trip, I seriously couldn’t believe the number of headaches I ran in to. I’m sitting in Dothan Alabama about 5 hours from home, should be there by lunch with my preload and not have to head back out until Monday morning, thank you sweet Jesus
