The dog owner is fully responsible.
There's plenty of ways for a community to get rid of dogs like those.
I know one guy that lived next door to where a vicious dog was kept.
He threw walnut shells into the yard every day. Dogs love to chew and eat walnut shells, and doing that kills them. Several other ways also.
All dog owners think their dogs are special, but sometimes neighbors have to take matters into their own hands.

Another way to get rid of aggressive dogs is chewing gum that contains xylitol.

And Pennsylvania says I can't have a bobcat without jumping through a million hoops.

When was the last time you heard of a pack of bobcats mawling someone halfway to death

We’ve had NUMEROUS bobcat sightings around here in Central Massachusetts (we just had one in our complex yesterday as a matter of fact). Usually around here it’s just brown bears, turkeys, foxes and the occasional moose. Those f’rs are rabid-last thing you want is someone getting attacked by one.

I never cried over Old Yeller. I did cry over "Lucky", the family Irish Setter.

Yeah well I'm talkin about the non rabid kind. You know the kind with shots and veterinary Care.

The few bobcats I've seen around here, were rather skittish about humans. No desire to attack they just want to get away from us. That being said I wouldn't want to corner a wild one and f with it

PXL_20210215_192644319.MP.jpg Fortunately, 160-pound Baby Finnegan is the most gentle boy on earth. Lol

I love dogs, and I hate to see this. Dang.
