Novice Driver looking to Join a Team in Dallas/Ft. Worth Area

Hello all. I'm a neophyte driver with less than a year of experience behind the wheel of a semi. To make matters a bit more sticky, I let myself be fired from a company for a series of 3 minor incidents not realizing what that would do to any future career prospects. Joining a team is the only option I have available to get back to driving and circumventing this catch 22 I find myself in: A company will hire me IF I can show at least 6 months without an incident, but no company is willing to hold their nose long enough to give me that chance.

I've got 5 months OTR, 4 months Regional.
I don't smoke, don't mind if you have pets in your rig, and am here to do my time and salvage my career not hook up with anyone.
Males preferred for that reason.
