1995 FLD 120 with a Cat 6NZ. Oil pressure on the gauge is steady at 45-50 psi. Going down the highway at 65, the oil pressure light and buzzer will go off. Sometimes l the light is dim, sometimes is full on. I have replaced the sensor on the right side of the engine above the oil cooler. Didn't help. Is there another sensor somewhere? Maybe tied to the gauge feed line? Had the same issue a while back with the over temp sensor, and got that one fixed. This buzzer will drive you nuts!

On my FL60 with the baby cat that buzzer is the same one as the low air. Both are wired into it and both have another low pressure switch behind the dash in a manifold that activate it.
Oil line goes into the manifold port where cheap made switch is and comes back out to gauge. Air psi does same. Switches look identical but I assume are set for different psi’s. Both switches run wires to the same buzzer screwed down close to them.

I’ve had the air psi switch go bad twice and would not shut buzzer off. Haven’t had issues with the oil psi switch yet.

The FL coe with Cummins parts truck I have is set up the same way so I’d assume your 120 should be the same. Seems to be a FL thing across all models.

Thanks for the info. I was thinking that might be the case, but didn't want to tear under the dash if it wasn't. I had a switch for the cruise go out in that block, and it was a bear to get to and get out. I'll check it out.
