New Brunswick requires Covid test for truck drivers ??? New Rules.

Covid will disappear this summer when the public starts fighting back . The numbers they throw around aren’t adding up anymore . I’ll wear my mask but once they try to force me into weekly testing I’d take the year off .

 

I sure wish ppl would educate and research for themselves, besides just watching mainstream news......

 

What would they have to force you? I just got home from a trip to the Carolinas and call 811, trsted the next am, results by end of day. Easy peasy and a little peace of mind. I do t get all the conspiracy theory bs, we had a driver get it and he spent 3 months in icu, and another 2 months with an oxygen bottle as his friend. Healthy guy, late 40's, non smoker. This thing is unpredictable, and I dont want to get it, or pass it on to anybody, especially those i care about. It take 5 minutes, its doesn't hurt, non invasive? I just dont get it?

 

So drivers have been crisscrossing the country and crossing the border for over a year, but now all they need a test? Give me a freaking break.

 

I've been calling and been tested when ever I wanted when I came home.

 

What you mean by "educating themselves?" Finding articles and studies that line up with their their uneducated opinions? Oh....there's some irony there......the main stream news only echoes what the experts say. You just don't like what the experts say. It conflicts with your personal interests...

 

Nope not at all. I watch lots of different news sources. Main stream and not. There’s plenty I watch and read that I think is complete and utter non sense. On both sides. What I find absurd in all this is if someone doesn’t agree 100% with mainstream news they’re an anti masker. Or careless. I think just the opposite. Wear a mask or don’t wear a mask. I really don’t care. I do what’s best for ME. Cuz this whole notion we’re all in this together is non sense. All lock downs do is destroy small business. That, you can’t argue with. There are more experts than the just the ones on mainstream news. I take the info from all sides and make my own decisions.

 

Well I see it like this.....if a small business can't survive downturns, in this case a lock down, they either need to reevaluate their business model, or fold altogether. I personally think just because it's free enterprise, doesn't mean everyone has to have a business. Just my opinion.
