Any word on the JB Hunt load board ?

I'll throw 2 cents in the pot. Take Schneider out of the equation. I'm too lazy to write an essay on how antitrucker they are.
I've been watching dat for a year. For van, jb is higher than the downturns and lower than the up swings. (Probably designed this way). Add in the fuel discounts etc and you are better than your own authority (unless you have your own contracts of course). Then add the expense of your own trailer.
While saving up capital, I've moved on to comparing jb and landstar. If anyone has leased to both of these companies, I'll dance at your wedding for any info you have.

 

I'm running 2 loads this week for them , possible a 3rd if price is right. Yes I use the fuel discount and Goodyear tire discounts as well as they gave me free Xm . Even ran some power only loads but didn't like it because it felt like being a company driver again . They aren't to bad to work with .

 

Guys I’m coming out of the oilfield and wanting to get some info on how the JB hunt 360 loadboard? I’m out of Houston Texas area, looking to maybe come aboard! Hope to hear something good and hope on!

 

It seems to me that almost all of those loads pay sub 1.50 a mile.

 

Theres not much to say about their 360 scam they dont respond to your bid till the day it lds to find out they just want you to under bid another driver and their detention pay is rediculous if not on their qp and use a factor they dont update your confirmation to get you pd because they know if it's not on confirmation factor co wont pay it!! Sad how much they go out of their way to screw you out of hrs of sitting waiting to be lded and unlded !!!!!
