i have a truck rated at 52,000 GVWR can i used it to pull a 53 dryvan been at 80,000 trailer anx truck together with ouf braking any rule? Please advise is need it

so i can do 53 dry van combined weight of 80,000 with out breakung any DOT rule? Even if it is rated at 52,000GVWR? CORRECT?

That is a TRANstar. It is possible that you could do 80k gross with that truck. They are often used as city tractors. It would depend on the ratings for the truck. You should find the placards on the driver side door frame. They will have the axle rates listed, as well as GVWR.
