honestly, i think the sensors might be messed up. the only thing i can think of is the heat that is generated from the bunk heater is somehow interfering with sensors below triggering something with the sensors. in any case that is BS that you had to go through all that. like i said in my other posts, mechanics these days most of them anyways do not have the necessary skills to diagnose a problem correctly. they may be able to fix a mechanical issue, but the diagnose part most of them rely on computers or codes which many a times do not lead to the underlying issues.

rental trucks will take your money on a constant basis weekly in the form of weekly dues plus milage. i'm not so sure if that is worth it. i even tried to go rental route but those guys always looking for an established business with certain critereon that i just dont have at the moment.

Even though your truck is a 2020 truck, it is a tired and used truck due to 370k mileage. All exhaust treatment parts are now questionable and need to be serviced or replaced.

    Andreybanyuk and Wickedchicken Thank this.

Get that truck d#leted!!!! Find a shop to do it for you. Who cares about warranty at this point. All it’s gonna do is run you broke. A shop near me will do a Detroit for $2,500. You gave it a good try. It’s not gonna work.

I hate that emission garbage, was hoping that the previous administration would allow making good trucks again, but it did not happen.

370k doesn’t make it tired but it was probably originally purchased by someone who gets new every other year or so
They don’t take care of it because it’ll be gone before the issues show up

Like you said. Probably needs a full clean out

So you paid $106,000 for a USED truck. How much was a new Cascadia with similar specs?

Im reading it as $92 then minus the $10
    Still as you say.
How much was new for a freightliner?

    Myself
I would have gone new at that point
    Full warranty
    Lower interest on new
Yes you’d have FET but these are disposable trucks and I think it would have been a better option

There's FET on tractors too? How much? Boy, government is constantly in our pockets isn't it? Bunch of shysters. Starting with Pennsylvania.
