ultrashift plus transmission issue

    Yep, just went into neutral and that is it. No other signs. the truck has 150k miles only.

    I'm thinkin the driveline speed sensor and the engine speed sensor had a disagreement over something..............;)

    I am looking to buy a 2016 volvo with ISX 15 and UltraShift Plus transmission , I am new to UltraShift Plus transmission. how are this transmissions ?? I am a bit scarred .. TIA for your input

    Hello Pal22g,

    it is good transmission until it breaks then you will have troubles. It has 5 sensors if one has an issue you can't move... In my personal opinion, I would not even look at ultrashift option even if somebody will offer free replacement. Downtime is my biggest concern!
