The State of Texas sure appears to me as an outsider as willing to do anything for companies at any expense to citizens. The deregulation right before the fertilizer factory blew up killing a few people. The utility fiasco just weeks ago. Now this. Why don't the Texans put a stop to it?

I was reading on another forum a couple weeks back that someone in Oregon put forward a bill to ban the sale of diesel fuel by 2025. Are people ####ed in the head these days????

Companies pushing for this are incredibly shortsighted. They think there is a driver shortage now, just wait. Seriously what are they thinking? A guy making 65K a year isn’t going to purchase insurance that is likely thousands per month. Drivers willing to go to Texas would become rare.

I don’t think you can get coverage as a company driver to cover you driving someone else’s commercial auto.......
maybe a full blown commercial policy I guess.......and that would cost as much as if your a new entrant with your own authority..... -
Are they just not going to stop until Trucking isn't worth it anymore? Seriously if it wasn't just for the love of it and it being in my blood I would just hang it up. Truth is if megas would stop hiring ####### then they wouldn't have to worry about getting sued. I'm a Texas only driver if they keep it up with f### the driver every which way they can i might just quit and try my luck at being a adult film star
Coffey Thanks this.
