    Officially, yes. Go to places like Vancouver area and English/French speakers are greatly outnumbered.

    I haven't heard plans to raise weight. Only plans to increase weight on 7 axle (from 69 to 64) and 8 axle (from 73 to 69)combinations. These are 3 axle trucks with 4 or 5 axle trailers with 2 10 tons spread axles in front. I have only seen these as woodchip trucks and they drive on many 74 t roads but also a lot on 64t roads. 9 axle combinations for 74t is legally for everyone but I see most tankers, timbertrucks, mining,woodchip and steelhaulers
