As the title says, I’m looking for any local companies in PA-NJ that don’t require experience. I’ve been applying to over 100+ local jobs since graduating a month ago and haven’t heard from anyone. Any leads are welcome.

Can you get more specific about where? Philadelphia? You generally want to live a short distance away if you’re going to be commuting every day.

FxF is hiring Driver Apprentices at a bunch of terminals in that general area: FedEx Careers

I’m sure @Chinatown will have other suggestions if you can be more specific about your location.

    Chinatown Thanks this.

Check out Supreme Metals Recycling in Bensalem. I used to work for them before going OTR again. The bosses names are Tyler/Dan. They haul dump trailers and have pretty nice equipment. Better be able to drive a 10-speed up and downhills without Jakes though.

I would say try UPS or FedEx, you are going to need to go through training. City driving is definitely not for the inexperienced. You know being from philly, just regular driving in philly is a headache for me. I also use to live there and still come through their quiet often.

If you want to stay locally you need to hookup with one of those companies that offer training. All the best to you on your journey
