    Get out while you still have a CDL. If a company won't properly maintain their equipment, who knows what other issues you will run into.

    How ironic the day after I replied to your post I found out one of those carriers I drove for that has the same issues your present company does has received notice from Nebraska carrier enforcement they are coming in for an audit of logs and equipment inspections.

    Try rental companies. I make around 30 an hour and home every night, off on the weekends, vacation, sick days, and holidays. I usually get 10 hours a week overtime and more if I wanted it.

    You'll be labeled a trouble maker as i am if you hang that orange tag OOS , always causes a stir in the carriers office and our warehouse office.
    Can't believe i have not been fired for doing it yet , i have a list of tire guys that i call to fix there junk the lazy drivers just drop on my yard busted.
