Have you ever tried to contact manufacturer directly, even if it's ford. Sometimes manufactures is nice enough with help when it comes to find something in rare part department

Sterling is a Daimler brand. I don't know how much of the old Aeromax carried over to the Sterling.

Check with Service & Parts - V&H Work Ready Trucks which is V&H Trucks. In the early 2000's the company I drove for bought several sterling trucks spec'd with them. If they don't carry the parts anymore then I'm sure they'd know where to look to find them. Hope this helps.

I drove a Sterling for almost 4 years. Was a great truck, idled all day and never left me stranded. Pre-emissions model though. Haha

Might try Long Lewis in Alabama. They come up with parts for L's and Aeromax's for me. Always got my Sterling parts from Freightliner.
