I'd say just hit up camping and military surplus stores(yeah, obvious suggestion, but...) and hit up some zero and negative-degree sleeping bags. Then of course there's also cracking open the windows and burning candles under terracotta pots with holes.

As a company driver with 2 years experience, I'm not running any truck that can't idle or have the idle shutdown overridden.

I don't have to idle overnight, but if I need to start up the truck to get warm or cool down, thats the way it is.

You could do it the brilliant BillyBob way. Build a fire under the engine.

just got it back together last night with new filter and screen and a 99$ chinese knockoff blower motor and it's basically a flame thrower again, no smoke, just hellfire

cooked the burner and chamber in a crockpot with antifreeze for 24 hours to eat all the carbon out but now the heater has built in fragrance. at least it's hot af and stays lit, hopefully the residue on the fins will burn off after a few hours

Do a filter, and screen tune up on your heater. Should be done every year.
