Yeah I know that experience. I was in 82-86 and was doing great at Aviano. Then I made the mistake of returning stateside where it all went down hill all because of power tripping NCO’s and CO’s. I’m doing my job and doing it above and beyond what is called for I don’t need to be harassed or blamed for crap that’s not my fault.

I’m taking a chance just as much as the company is on things working out. I’m not staying at a job where my CDL is at risk or the company changes what I agreed to and I’m certainly not staying at a place that thinks they can abuse me and work me like a dog and there’s a lot of those companies out there! I put up with a low paying job no benefits working 80 hours a week for 4 1/2 years when I started driving and stayed another year before I finally got hired where I wanted to be. And after 3 years there they started laying people off so I lost a job that took me years to get to. So I believe I deserve to be treated fairly and paid well for my skills and time and if a company doesn’t respect that then I will not be staying there no matter what! If a company believes it is treating drivers well it shouldn’t bother them the driver has had a few more jobs than usual especially if the driver has not been fired and has a clean record that should show the driver is not the problem! So if a company doesn’t want to hire me for that reason alone then they have a problem and I’ll just keep moving on.

You would think as much as you seem to know, you would have enough experience not to fall for these so called bad companies you seem to have so much experience with

    #### right, I've got a friend that constantly #####es about the fact his boss doesn't appreciate the job he does. I tell him that I work for my family, the money paid is all the thanks I need. BTW, I had the same boss for a few years and he was great, just not the best at showing appreciation, but a great boss. I never understood why people need a pat on the back constantly.

Become a trucker and waste a few years of your life making low pay so that one day you might find that magical good company!! You folks don't think too highly of yourselves apparently..How do any of you call yourselves "men" while being sooo submissive?? Do you call your dispatcher "master" too?? What's it feel like thinking your success in trucking boils down to bending over for awhile in the hopes that one day you might maybe land a better job? If you're this willing to get ****ed, why not go into porn instead??

You are apparently way too smart and very special. There is no way anybody could be as perfect and God like as you. I am very happy that you have it all figured out. If only the rest of us had your magical abilities. You must be great fun at parties. I'm sure you get all of the "hot chicks" too.

It seems to me that in your case it is not worth looking for a job where you will be taken from your work history, it is better to do something else. In my opinion, it is better for you to talk to your employer when applying for employment and explain your problem so that the employer understands and perhaps gives you a second chance. My fickle friend had the same situation, and he was constantly denied a job and lived with me until he found a good Government Job. He became a civil servant, because there he filled out a declaration and indicated the reason why he changed jobs so often, in his case it helped him and I really hope if you do the same, it will help you.

Well, you just defined your whole problem(s).

    Chasing money and being impatient.
