Bought a 2016 international from them, 80 miles later clutch went out and they pretty much told me it is what it is we can’t help. There excuse was they discounted the truck at the time of sale lol. So buy a truck from Arrow and before you pull your first load spend $4k on a clutch and tow woohoo!! Thank you guys!!
Update so far installed new clutch, new slave cylinder, new air dryer, new nox sensor and towed the truck twice all while its done 3 loads for me 2 of which it had to be towed from! Total out of pocket 3 weeks after purchase so far roughly $8,000. Worse used truck I have ever purchased and worse experience ever there customer service is useless, the salesman cant help at all and the manager Mike is useless but he gave me a discount! Stay away from these guys!!
Arrow Truck Sales does not stand behind there trucks!

Thst sucks. Make a YouTube vid about it, and then when it gets to 10k views, email the link to the manager.

I understand your frustration, but clutches are not covered in any warranty let alone if you didn’t purchase a warranty. Not to add insult to injury but many of us have bought used trucks. With any used truck, stuff is broken and wore out. That’s up to you tix it. Used truck, when you turn the key off at the end of night, it’s time to start wrenching. Unfortunately for you, you clutch went out and had to get towed. I have had clutch were it but usually that takes time and starts slipping. That doesn’t leave the truck dead in water. If you have linkage failure somewhere and clutch won’t disengage, you can still ram it in low gear to get the wheels goin* and float home. What happened to your clutch that rendered you dead in water?
Moral of the story, read the fine print and get in writing that they will cover wear items and tow such as clutch. And with used truck, someone most likely traded in becuase it was time -
You got that 9090 warranty, 90 feet or 90 seconds which ever comes first! It’s not that they don’t stand behind their trucks it’s just when you buy used truck there’s usually no warranty and whatever happens happens. I’m sorry to hear of your bad luck hope things look up and get better.
