Thanks In advanced. I’m a new owner operator. Been driving for 5 months with no big issues. This week I went to California from Texas and I got code 4364 . I kept driving since I was half way. Now on my return trip I got code 4794. I got 1300 miles to go. What you guys would do in this issue? 2015 Cummins isx15. Prostar internacional 500145 miles

The first thing I do when I get a code is Google it. Your codes are related to your after treatment system. Continuing to ignore them can lead to derate and/or a $11,000.00 replacement of your onebox. What I would do is visit a repair shop immediately. They can see more codes which aren't visible on the dash.

I got those codes a couple times, one time a wire on the wiring harness was cracked and needed to be spliced, another time water was getting into my ECU and it needed to be replaced. One was a cheap fix, the other was like $4,000.00.

Slow.rider is correct 4364 could be a clogged doser, contaminated DEF, etc...

The second code is saying the SCR is missing. Putting off fixing the first code most likely lead to the second code which will probably add to your cost.

Dealing with DEF codes as early as possible is the best way to avoid serious problems.

The first code typically is form deferred maintenance on the DEF doser in my admitted limited experience. Making sure to wipe the DEF nozzle of crystals solved it for me I think.

I have similar problem right know, my coolant and def lines leading to def doser valve keep leaking, and Ive changed them couple days ago. Today I was driving uphill and truck started smoking, coolant line leaking again, I thought truck was on fire, grabbed fire extinguisher, but "luckily" it was just smoke. Active Codes spn 3226 and spn 110. Any idea guys, I have the same truck as gentlemen looking for help. International prostar 2016 cummins isx 15.

The new lines leak just like the old lines? Maybe it's not the lines that are leaking?

No, it's not, seems like there is too much pressure coming in, i've changed collant lines, then def started leaking, then I fixed def line, then coolant lines got busted. I ordered def doser valve, I hope it's just that and def and coolant lines again needs to be replaced. I'll give update in few days if that was the problem. If anyone has any idea what else could be a problem, please reply. Thank you.

I'll change def filter located at def tank and coolant filter just in case, not sure if that's gonna solve the problem, but I'll try.

Here is my update and what might have happen to gentlemen asking for help and I hope my problem and solution helps someone. So I got those codes related to def doser valve, outlet nox sensor, and scr module. It cost me around 4-5k until I found freaking clamp on dpf pipe where def doser valve is connected to was broken, hot air was coming out directly to coolant and def lines leading to def doser valve, they kept braking. Coolant lines each cost roughly $120- def line $220, plus leaked coolant and happened twice in couple days. Two shops didn't see it, including myself. I replaced many parts until I found hot air coming from pipes, because gasket inside the pipe was broken and costs $30-40 bucks. Ridiculous thing. Here is some pics. Btw some mechanics told me you have to isolate those lines really good because of heat. True, there is a lot of heat down there, but if lines are braking because of it, most likely gaskets and clamps holding pipes together aren't good, and needs to be replaced. Learnt the hard way.
