The "creative" parking spots are the first spots to fill up, not the last to fill up at a truck stop.

Exactly; I always try to start early so I avoid spots that can get blocked in by creatives. I prefer ones that I can pull straight out into the middle of an aisle or the ones that face the pumps. Parking facing the end of a row or curb has the potential for blocking.

I’ve seen a few truck stops and rest areas that looked so tight that just having a truck in the spot next you could prevent you from leaving. First in, last out... I’ve had to slide my tandems forward to squeeze out and then back to get legal.

Had a spot in the middle of a row at an infamous northeast pilot that i had to have the guy next to me leave first and i STILL only cleared the guy on the far side of his spot's bumper by about 2 inches (was lucky he was already doing his pretrip) just so i could pull out (but ive also got a long truck and a fixed spread no dump valve)

I just assumed you had never watched Breaking Bad. We’ll let it slide.

Technically, it should have been named Breaking Badly. :p

^^^^^^ And thats why I like parking next to a reefer...if I take a nap before I get my wagon washed out after a load... Just to remind them of what those frozen steaks their hauling... smell like when they were still walking
Its called the circle of life
