One reason it wasn't entered is because there is no entry for vandalism/destruction of property.

Congratulations......that was a very adult thing of you to do. Frankly, I'm a bit shocked that you admitted to such an immature and childish act. SMH.

    Don't care anymore.

I've spent my life watching the "prudent adults" give their civilization away.

Why would they send you an email like that out of the blue? Are you saying you put in a request for your information and that’s what you got in response? If so, why were you expecting there to be anything there? HireRight is a private company, there’s no obligation or expectation for any employer to use them.

DAC is an acronym for Drive-A-Check, a reporting company that, according to old timers, got its start back in the days of pay phones. If a driver got sick of their company’s nonsense, they could abandon their truck with no consequences and just move on to another company. HireRight is the modern evolution of that DAC report and they are headquartered in Tulsa, OK.

So after talking to a former coworker who also had some accidents i learned that when he was looking for other jobs no other employer found anything on his record. he only got caught by one when he admitted one accident to them. Are some companies more reluctant to turn your accident info over to DAC?
