I booked a load from Schneider was told drop trailer 48 hours in the receiver, but they took 47 days to empty my trailer, but Schneider only pay me $100 per day, defiantly it is not fair and not enough for the driver. Please give me some advice what I can do? Thanks!

After 48 hours detention. Call the local police and report your trailer stolen.

Read your contract. What are the terms you agreed on. Not only in the rate contract but also the main contract.
I agree $100 a day is not sufficient pay, you may have agreed to it.

Going rate, best I can tell is $300 to $500 a day for a dropped trailer detention(I'm sure someone will have a more solid number) and you can bet Schneider is getting more than $100 for it. Your mileage may vary though. Hope it works out.
Who is the offending receiver? We need to know so that we can avoid these foul people.TheLoadOut, xsetra, roshea and 3 others Thank this. -
Ok, so $4800 in revenue over 48 days.
I'm guessing you camped out at the Pilot for a month and a half. I think i might have seen you.

After day 3 I'd have rolled in, hooked up and kicked their #### out on the ground before leaving. JK!
In all seriousness though, why? Why wait 47 days? Makes no sense to me.UItraman, Aamcotrans, cke and 4 others Thank this. -
