Reinstatement after lifetime disqualification. A State may reinstate any driver disqualified for life for offenses described in paragraphs (b)(1) through (8) of this section (Table 1 to §383.51) after 10 years, if that person has voluntarily entered and successfully completed an appropriate rehabilitation program approved by the State. -
I’d sell the truck and get a sprinter van and haul expedited freight while you and your lawyer get this sorted out.
you can make almost as much money , no CDL, and no logbooks, no weigh stations , none of that. -
How/Why does Mass care?
I’d get a lawyer. -
I've got 2 duis.
One before the cdl. One 18 months after cdl.
I was told AT THAT TIME 90 days suspension. It was after 10 years of the first one. And it was also dismissed.
I'm still driving. 18 years later.rachi Thanks this. -

I've had my current gig going on 5 years.
The last one was 17 years ago and dismissed and both were expunged.
