This has to be a joke, because first the op is ranting about what the company is doing and then not standing firm any the issues, one example is editing logs.

the asking about a lawyer turned around and trashed them, really!

    who is we?

    we the fellow drivers?

just quite, this crap will never change.

The court will do nothing for u. Want to really #### them. Form a union. Get a contract. Hold them to it.

    Perhaps in due time.
    Weighing options first.

    My record is good.
    And so is their pay.
    $30/hour, home every day.
    That's why I stay,
    But want to run away.

Bean Jr. and NavigatorWife Thank this.

You mean like the guys who said, "a small handful of crooks keep taking our country away from us, piece by piece" and do nothing about it?

I am doing something about it.
    That's what I'm doing here.

But at $23.50 an hour, and waived benefits bringing my check up to $30 an hour, and home every night, not easy to just walk away from that kind of pay, and home time, with a family to feed.

The company doesn’t force you to do anything. You choose to stay and accept the working conditions. How do you plan to sue someone for choices you make?

The world works like this, if you don't own the company you do what they say or quit.

LoneRanger, Doealex and truckguy391 Thank this.
