I am doing super well as an O/O. I just had my best first quarter ever (90K). But the time has come to try my hand at fleet ownership. I'll start small, baby steps, but I'm in search of a well established, reputable company to handle the dispatch, billing, etc... If you know of one I'd be glad to hear it. Ps your negativity can't stop me. Thanks

Was leased to Landstar 10 full years, some years back. Unless you have a specific agent for me to contact that would handle dispatch services competently, Landstar is not an avenue for me. Thanks

At Landstar. You dispatch yourself. Or find someone who will do it for something like 5%

Why don’t you hire drivers and do those things you mentioned yourself? Then, with time hire people in your company to handles the things you’ve been doing once again. That’s how you build a fleet. Not by farming things out.

The only person I know that’s had success doing what your talking about is @Misesian

Wait... do you not have your own authority? If not why not lease the trucks onto whoever you are now?

i never understand an O/O that "is doing well" wants to complicate things by getting more trucks and drivers to babysit, so you want more stress and headaches? i don't get it.

Deere hunter and bzinger Thank this.
