Something a recruiter was promising me. They seem like a step up from my company but I could be misinformed.
I mean Ideally I'd go straight to GP Transco but I doubt they will hire me . If they do I will sprint over there in a hurry.

If you feel that way about GP transco go for it.. as long as you meet their requirements and haven’t hit anything, why wouldn’t they hire you?

For what its worth I've been completely safe in 2021 with no violations or accidents whatsoever. My first 6 months was rocky. -

All of that happened in my first 6 months driving and the vast majority of it happened in my first three weeks driving. Yes I made mistakes. But I don't believe that defines me as a driver or means I'm simply a dangerous poor driver. I made rookie mistakes in a dangerous profession and now that I have alot more experience I know how to avoid them.
I'm already set in going somewhere else once my years up, there's a ton of places that at the very least pay substantially better (even second chancers and other megas). -
Fair enough. Just remember........if you go to a new company with that history, and Eff up ONE MORE TIME, they will probably can you on the spot. They have absolutely no investment in your success. Good luck
