Sounds like you are likely with Maverick now but figured I'd chime in. You can take your truck home with Millis.

I’m with Millis actually. Enjoying it very much. I went OTR to chase the money and I’m getting 3200-3500 miles a week, bringing home 1400-1500 a week as a rookie.... life is good . I’ve only been solo a month but it’s been easy so far, just run on recaps for 2 weeks then go home. All the guys saying Millis doesn’t give them miles are the ones taking 34s every week and only drive from 4am-6pm so they can park easily. Gotta get creative and only take 10 hours to make some miles. I would recommend Millis to anyone entering the industry
Maverick Griff, geargrabber89, ChiRango and 2 others Thank this. -
Millis Transfer was one of my finalists for starter company, but they've since been bought out by Heartless Express, which is enough for me to recommend against them now.

I would love to know how Maverick treated you. I am in the process with type 2 insulin dependent. I am in the process and have obtained the paper work from treating Dr. approving me for the work. I was wondering how the Maverick DOT physical Dr. looks at it. I can a 1 year card to.

Roehl pays nothing, micromanages everything, and is likely only a suitor for people with really low self-esteem and no will to live.
Swift pays more than Roehl. They have a ton of different fleets and options to move around and try different things. Most people love them. They actually have a better CSA score than most companies on the road despite their reputation.
Don't know anything about Maverick or Millis, but I've always considered Millis respectable by judging the way they act on the road. Never had one piss me off. I hardly ever see a Maverick truck.Maverick Griff Thanks this. -
