Really? you consider one helping another by first calling them "stupid"? you should be a grade school teacher and have one of the students help you read on their level.

Doesn't this post validate the contributors who received said bird? Whom apparently knew what they were talking about?

    Perhaps I've misread......

What now has me confused is this... If Swift is all that great of a company that your willing to lease a truck & commit the next 4-5 years of your life to that one company.... What causes the statement that you made below?

I wasn't gonna tell you a secret. I was going to give you a name, address, & phone number to a gentleman who will possibly be able to assist you with third party financing. Posting names, addresses, & phone numbers publicly on these forums are against the TOS agreement that we all agreed to when we signed up to use this site!

You finally got something right! Monkey Boy is a freeking genius! The man's intelligents astounds me at times! And yes.... I have met him in real life!

Now even with a year, your still a rookie. Hell, I'm still a rookie to most of the driver's on these roads. It's not that we can't learn anymore... We learn plenty every day from our own mistakes. As we learn from our own mistakes we attempt to pass that knoledge onto other driver's who have not experienced those encounters. It has nothing to do with what name is on the door & I would repeat everything I said regardless if it was a Swift truck, JB, CRE, Boogy Man Trucking.... Lease deals are a sure way to go broke unless you know the ins & outs of the industry.... You don't even understand fuel tax...

Well sometimes when you need help... You have to swallow your pride, knock that chip off your shoulder, and politely ask for it. And when someone offers you advise or tries to school you.... You just need to keep a open mind about what the other person is saying & look at things from both sides of the window. You have not been showing that.... You spout off with attacks against everyone who says anything that contradicts the little dream you have in your head.

You want me to flash my taillights after I pass you? Stop blinding me with your bright lights!

Sometimes we have to point it out to some of you....Even when it should be obvious to you!

You Sir, Are a CLASSIC example of someone that is "not cut out for this industry!"
You're so busy knowing everything that you have no time to learn anything.

Do I get points for treating you with respect? I called you sir...LOL!

You know how many times i heard that when i first started? yet, here i am. still here...still rollin'. Too bad I really dont care about others opinions of me, and when i get #### in truck stops for who i drive for, i always ask them "and i care what you think because....?" Usually shuts them up.

do you get points for treating me with respect? no....cause you lost any respect i had for you about 1,000 posts ago. but thank you anyway.

    as far as ....
Actually, when I was off for 4 days for thanksgiving, my brother in law was up, and mentioned there was a house for sale in Indianapolis area. House has been on the market for 2 yrs and has not sold. Wonder if the lousy economy has anything to do with it?? But after finding out its location, and the price they came down from, to what they're asking for it now...i would LOVE to live there. If it means giving up OTR driving for something local (maybe?) or working in a distribution center, i'd be all for it....seeing how my 'home' has pretty much been this truck for the past year.

and redd....we've never met. trust me, i dont associate myself with #####****s ;-)
