Right before covid19 I did a 23 and me DNA kit at home looking for my dad I never knew.
I did this with the mind set that I didn't have any faith that it would find anything.
Well it did. I found 120 relatives including my dad, living in Maine.
Then covid hit and Maine shut her down.
I could go but would of been quarantined for two weeks couldn't afford that so I waited patiently. Now Maine is open and here's the kicker.
My current company told me they would send me to Maine no problem, they even acted excited that I found my dad, but when the time came for them to deliver, they told me no Maine we never told you that.
So now I'm looking for a company that does otr to Maine preferably on a regular bases
I know Schneider does but as I understood it they don't have roder policy and they are governed at slow speeds . I think their a good company I have to take my wife with me on this journey.
I know Crete does, but I have worked with them in the past, and I can go back, but their trucks are really run down and they don't have prepass.
So I'm looking .amy one got some good ideas?
I live in Arkansas but Texas and Florida are my other places I would not mind being out of.
Who goes to Maine

Super easy to get a load in to Boston. You're just down the road. Rent a car from there.
Midwest Trucker, born&raisedintheusa, slow.rider and 2 others Thank this. -
Maine and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan are the only 2 parts of the 48 that I have never been to as a driver.
Tough places to get to. -
I’d just take a few days off and fly and rent a car or drive , depending on the distance.
have you met any of the people yet ?
And have they invited you to come visit ?Midwest Trucker, Coffey, Ruthless and 1 other person Thank this. -

May not apply to your situation but I've done an H&M bay ltl reefer load that goes from Indiana to Maine. H&M seems run mostly by o/o and small companies and not sure how you'd find a company but that would be an every week thing.
