Might as well do something useful while taking your 30 min break besides parking in the fuel isle

The better question is. If police chases are only aired on the television? Why wasnt the drivers attention on the road? Instead of watching the chase.

My short answer is "No". Because at that point and time it becomes an "intentional" and no longer an accident. Insurance companies usually frown or give you a hard time on an intentional.

In other news, a truck driver was arrested today for obstructing officer's overtime.

Always wondered how like back in the day when two truckers block a suspect and the cops ask them to help slow the suspect, are they responsible for damage to the trailer if the suspect hits them, since the cop asked for assistance???

I'm pretty sure the insurance company is going to try to get out of paying for it, and I guarantee the police department isn't going to pay for it.

But at the same time in my mind I'd rather stop a would be rapist or murderer than worry about insurance or damage to truck....sometimes being a hero sucks lol
